Diplomatic stakes ‘couldn’t be greater’ warns senior UN official

“At the moment the stakes for preventive diplomacy and dialogue couldn’t be greater,” mentioned Khaled Khiari, Assistant Secretary-Normal for the Center East, Asia, and the Pacific, in a gathering organized by the Brazilian presidency.
